Dropped by the store this morning to buy a special bottle of Scotch for a friend's milestone birthday My good fortune to see Val walking by and called her over Even though she was in on her day off she complied What a wonderful experience Val has a wealth of knowledge on Scotch whiskey which she shared so kindly and willingly
We ended up with 3 great options at our price point and when I mentioned a cigar was to be included Val immediately pointed to the one that would compliment the cigar taste
We then went to the Cigar Vault where Val again offered her advice
We left the store with what we believe will be a great gift
Thanks Val for being so generous with your time and for so generously sharing your knowledge

I'm in Ottawa trying to find wine for Christmas for my family in Regina. You have the most useless website I've ever seen. Why can't I search for Canadain wines? Why don't you show prices? I'm tempted to just bring wine from Ont with me. Sharyn

The flyer they have online only advertises specials in Regina-Quance. They DO NOT have the same sales in Saskatoon for some reason.

We stopped in Regina for a night. We came here to check out what they had compared to back home where they are not privatized. We purchased booze we did not have back home and also bought some of their local booze. The store was huge and well kept. Only downfall is many of the coolers etc you had to buy in 4 packs where as back home we can buy singles. We bought some four packs and just split them. This pic is just some of what we purchased!

Have you met Jordan & all his amazing staff!!!

Urban Cellars has supported both our businesses to the tenth degree going over and above all expectations. It don’t matter if it’s coming in and getting help with a selection or recommendation or an emergency order because our bar or restaurant ran out of something. Jordan and his team have the critical thinking and will to go over and above.

If you haven’t tried them go for it you have nothing to lose. If you need help ask and there professional staff will guide and help you.

If you have an issue they will look after you.

I went into the Cumberland and 8th location around 10pm to purchase some beer and tobacco and instantly I was helped by Will C. He went over and above to get me exactly what I needed from the tobacco counter, even going the extra mile to help me pay with cash at the front tills. Not only does he have a sweet demeanor but his work ethic is impeccable. As someone who has worked in a supervisory position, he is top notch. 10/10 would recommend not only as a customer service representative but also a leader who I personally would work with on first impressions alone. Thank you for the fantastic service Will! Have an awesome rest of your weekend!

Employee told me I was not disabled and then told me to show her my disability pass which I did then she continued to second guess my handicap 3:35 today at Preston market mall location and she had glasses and tattoos and would not give me her name

Probably some of the most competitive prices along with the best selection of product make Urban Cellars a go-to destination. They have monthly exclusive wines and a weekly 10% on undiscounted wine stock which makes it all the more appealing to browse. The only thing I'd suggest is a more knowledgeable staff or sommelier on the floor at given points to help assist with recommendations or fulfilling wants/needs.
Also can't forget the free bag of ice with a purchase over $30 (I think?). That in itself is a reason to stock up at Urban Cellars.

Great shopping experience! The staff and manager were all so friendly and helpful. At one point we had three people searching for items we were looking for. Found everything we were looking for….and more. Found one thing I have not been able to locate in any other liquor store in REGINA. I,m every week buying beer.this shop

Entered here for the first time. I didn't buy anything, though, but I will be back, hopefully. It's a huge cellar with drinks from different parts of the word. You could get any kind of drink u are looking for. 👍👍👍👍

Apparently no one here drinks local craft beer because I disagree with reviews suggesting there is a great selection. This is possibly the worst selection in the city. There are five great breweries in the city each with massive collections of theirs and their competitors products in coolers waiting to go. Meanwhile your selection is puny.

First time visit and didn't know what to expect. We were greeted with a hearty "I've got samples" and did not hesitate to try some. We sampled a few local products and were very pleased with how good they were. We really only came in for a case of beer and a look around but we left with a couple of new (to us) products too. Was really surprised by how big the store is and the large variety of products. Definitely coming back hoping to sample a couple of more products to take home.

Great selection of craft beer. Probably the best selection in Regina.
Good, clean, and bright store.

The only reason I took one star off is that some of the products are a bit pricey compared to other sotres (for an identical beer/liquor).
But other than that - a great store, and that's where I get my craft beer.

I love that this store stocks the full lineup of Smooth 42 Craft Distillery products. Those guys are the best craft liquor producers in Saskatchewan and it's great that Urban Cellars supports local! You've got to try Smooth 42's Apple Pie Moonshine if you haven't had a chance yet. It will change your life!
